Robert Heimall, a native of NJ, started oil painting at the age of 12 and art soon became his passion. Influenced by impressionistic painters like Picasso, Monet and Seurat, he later discovered photography In Art School and found a new outlet for his creativity. Sussex County, Wildwood, Cape May NJ and his surfing and missionary travels to the Dominican Republc and other Third World Countries have provided the resource library that has provided this incredible set of incredients for his pallet.
